Studio Nova collects personal information in one place only: the contact form. This page says exactly what happens to it.

What the form collects

Three things you type: your name, your email address, and your message.

Two things recorded automatically when the form is submitted:

Nothing else, and nothing at all unless you press send.

Why I collect it

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the whole purpose.

Your details are never sold, rented, shared for anyone else's marketing, or added to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.

Who else sees it

Two services handle your message on its way to me. Neither is given it for their own use.

After that your message sits in my email inbox, the same as any email you might have sent me directly.

How long I keep it

A backup copy of each submission is kept in Studio Nova's own storage for twelve months, then deleted. The backup exists so an enquiry is not lost if email delivery fails.

The email itself stays in my inbox, where I keep correspondence as long as it is useful for our working relationship.

How to have it deleted

Email [email protected] and ask. I will delete the backup copy and the correspondence, and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.

You are also welcome to ask what I hold and I will simply tell you.

No tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Your visit is not measured, profiled, or passed to anyone.

The one external request a page makes is to Google Fonts, which serves the typeface. Browsing the site is otherwise entirely between you and Cloudflare.

Questions

Ask me anything about this and I will answer plainly.
